Q — How far in advance should I place my order & when should I mail them out?
We work with a limited number of clients each month, so we recommend that you begin the order process as early as possible to ensure availability in our calendar and that your invitations are ready in plenty of time. Timelines depend on your selected service and printing method. The entire process usually takes between 10 - 15 weeks from the initial inquiry to the time that your invitations will be ready to ship.
Save the Date — 6 to 8 months prior to your wedding date
Wedding Invitation — 2 months prior to your wedding date (longer if you did not send Save The Dates)
Destination Weddings — 4 months prior to your wedding date (longer if you did not send Save The Dates)
Q — Can my order be rushed?
Yes, based on availability. If you require a turnaround time shorter than 6 weeks, we may be able to accommodate your project depending on availability. A rush fee of 25% will be incurred.
Q — Do you offer payment plans?
25% non-refundable retainer up front, 50% upon starting the design phase and the remainder 25% upon completion of the project. If you have further questions, please send us an email.
